When is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Non-staying guests may also enjoy breakfast for VND 300,000 per adult, payable directly at the restaurant.
* Please note that breakfast vouchers cannot be reissued.

Can non-guests use the public bath?
The public bath and other shared facilities are available exclusively to hotel guests and residents.

Yes, additional charges apply as follows:
Check-in:
- Early check-in before 10:00 AM: One night’s room charge
- Early check-in from 10:00 AM: 50% of one night’s room charge
Check-out:
- Late check-out until 6:00 PM: 50% of one night’s room charge
- Late check-out after 6:00 PM: One night’s room charge

A limited number of smoking rooms are available.
A designated smoking area is also located on the 2nd floor.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms.
