Bánh trôi & Bánh chay and the meaning of “Tết Hàn Thực”

These traditional Vietnamese desserts are closely associated with Tết Hàn Thực. Made from simple ingredients such as glutinous rice flour, sugar, and mung bean, they reflect the elegance and subtlety of Vietnamese cuisine.

During the workshop, residents learned about the cultural significance of this occasion while shaping their own handmade sweets — a relaxing and engaging experience.
