Three years of celebrating Vietnamese traditions and creating memories together.

The Mid-Autumn Festival has always been a special occasion at Roygent Parks Hanoi. This September, we were delighted to bring our residents and guests together once again for an evening filled with cultural experiences, laughter, and shared memories.

Marking the third consecutive year of our Mid-Autumn celebration, this year’s event was especially meaningful as we welcomed back familiar faces from previous years alongside new residents and guests joining us for the first time.

🥮 An Evening of Vietnamese Traditions

The celebration began with a lively Lion Dance performance, bringing excitement and festive energy to the evening. The sound of drums and the colorful lion costumes created a wonderful atmosphere, especially for our younger guests.

Following the performance, everyone had the opportunity to experience some of Vietnam’s beloved Mid-Autumn traditions.

At the Traditional Mooncake Workshop, guests tried their hand at making bánh dẻo, a traditional Vietnamese soft mooncake. Meanwhile, our younger participants enjoyed expressing their creativity through a figurine painting activity, decorating their own colorful creations to take home.

The evening also featured a selection of Vietnamese dishes, giving everyone another opportunity to explore local flavors while spending time together.

💛 Familiar Faces, New Connections

One of the most rewarding parts of organizing this annual celebration is seeing our community grow.

It was wonderful to reconnect with guests who had joined us in previous years and to welcome new participants experiencing the event for the first time.

The smiles, conversations, and thoughtful feedback we received throughout and after the event meant a great deal to our team. These encouraging words remind us why we continue to organize activities that bring people together and introduce the beauty of Vietnamese culture.
